Central Legal Network Is it debt collection??? Washington
I recieved a call today from a woman named Teresa Randall. She left a detailed voicemail, claimin to be an investigator with Central Legal Services. She gave a summons number and said that I would be served with a restraining order. At the end of the message she said I had 24-48 hours to respond either by attorney or by myself. Then she had the audacity to say good luck. I have been trying to lacate an online presence for this company. All I can find is a bunch of people complaining about getting this same call. Some people called back and found that this was a debt collection company, my question is why no online presence. I some of these case people were being pursued for debts covered in bankrupcy, or the debt was never valid to begin with. In my state these people are in violation of RCW 19.16, fed 15 USC 1692. They are operating against the law in their collection efforts. If they are even a valid business entity. Which has yet to be discovered, beware and don't be scared and pay a debt that may not be your own.

Yep - scammers. A restraining order has nothing to do with a debt - look up restraining order. They are not a company and are anything but valid. If they call again tell them YOU know they are scammers and hang up.
