If you cherish your sanity do not buy from these people. On Aug. 27th my daughter and I went to them to purchase a vehicle and to trade 1 in. The salesman knew we were coming and had everything ready except picking out the vehicle and who was going to finance it. We were going to buy 2 cars so they were glad to see us. We picked out the 2 cars and the paperwork was started. We did leave that day with both cars but on the way out we were told even though 1 had just passed inspection that it had to be brought back to have the brakes done. So after 2 trips to get them done they were finally fixed. The 2nd car was supposedly certified by Mazda and nothing wrong with it well let me tell you it is sitting in my driveway and thats where it has to stay until it gets fixed. A service warrenty was paid for but the company that handles its knows nothing about a service contract being bought. Endless phone calls and faxes to Barons go unanswered. This is not a place that I would ever reccommend that anyone buy a car from. I could go on and on about this company from the lies they tell the consumer to the lies that they tell the finance companies. LET ME JUST SAY BUYER BEWARE!!!

o boy they think they are slick. I got a call from the General MAnager John Russo he told me to take my car to my mechanic and that they wil pay the bill. Good thing my mechanic was smart and didn't start the work because John said it was to much money. He told me to bring it to their mechanic (who by the way suppossedly put new brake drums on my daughters car but my mechanic said that only the brake pads were new) I said ok but not if you are taking it to Ray's. When I got home I got a call from Tracy Scott who informed me that they were sending me a check for $200.00 less than the work will cost (this was on 10/7/05) well here it is 10/15/2005 and still no check. And back to the not taking my phone calls when I call them to tell them that I haven't recieved the check which only takes 2 days to get here. I'm so fed up I don't know what to do.
