I requested for a quote on our move to another apartment. They gave me a quote and charged me $100 deposit, I then signed the quote and faxed to them (IT WASNT A CONTRACT I SIGNED AND FAXED). 1 day before the move, I was e-mailed the contract and I read the contract and didn't like their policy, I then called them and canceled and asked for a refund on my deposit. The lady (Bell) told me that it was non-refundable and it was on the contract that I signed and faxed. I said, wait a minute, I just got the contract and I haven't faxed the contract yet., She's probably confused because I faxed her the quote for service (The non-refundable clause was not there) and not the contract. So, I hope they get to read this complaint and rethink the way they do their business.
