This team of mother and daughter both of whom has their license for property management will certainly destroy your properties as they have allowed tenants to do to mine. Despite their claims to have applicant criteria - this company will allow tenants to occupy the place who are not on the lease and have extensive criminal violations. This firm will allow tenants to move in roomates with animals despite the lease and refuse to enforce the lease. This firm will allow tenants to destroy your property and refuse to pursue the small claims process for damage done to your property. This firm will lie to you as an owner as they have to me. This firm will allow the police to be called to your property regarding a tenant and do nothing to address the matter with the tenant. I had a tenant with 12 police incident reports and Ann the owner of Century Property Management told me the police were only called once. These 2 ladies will contract with lawn maintenace for a year and then come spring allow your lawn to be destoryed because they did not return the phone calls from the lawn maintenance crew. This firm will arrange for repairs or maintenance to be done on your property and take a cut of the fee from the maintenance provider for their own profit. This firm will be subpeonaed for your managment and tenant records and they will refuse to comply with the subpeaona. This firm will consistently refuse to call tenants back for weeks and months at a time. This firm will advertise your property for rent and not return phone calls to interested tenants. This firm will withhold your owner funds without reason and charge fees that are unfounded. This company is a disgrace to the profesion of property management.

I was suprised to see Century Property Management with a bad review. They don't have in house maintainence I'm wondering how they can mark up invoices and make a profit when they use licensed contractors that provide their own billing and give it to Century Property Management. I believe the above statements are false, need more proof than what was stated.. thats it.
I've had a great experience with Ann and Holly and their property management services!

I used to be a handyman where Mrs. Gina winnit used to live in Medford. Her neighbors would frequently complain about her voyerism, and exibitionism as she would have wild sex parties, and walk around the complex naked at wierd hours of the night. i am suprised she never got caught for indecent exposure. Anywho. Since anyone can say anything on this ripoff report, might as well bring up that Gina is very untrustworthy. I would not trust what she has to say as her education has surpassed her common sense. She is very sue happy, and looks to screw over anyone she can. I know bcause she ripped me off. Also, she is bipolar, and is going through menopause. Her medications cause her to lash out at people who don't deserve it. As i am sure is the case with her complain with CPM. Get a life, live love laugh. Beyaaatch.
