they get inside companies steal info and data and use every menas possible to blackmailunder the guise of being a whistleblower

Bill Davis is a thief, He works for ceridian for the sole purpose of gathering intel. He is there to collecte Social Security numbers. My company has numerous emails from Bill davis to the Attorney Generals office. Ask him about this, he wont deny it, because he is a marine! the poorest ecuse of a marine, but neverthless. all of his emails offered to help take down his last employer, offering intel galore. but then his final email to the AG office was sent. Does the AG office offer any whistle blower money/rewards. When he received his reply NO He never emailed the AG again.
But he has a history of success collecting whistle blower money. Bill davis is a punk a** immature wanna be somoene famous and he will screw anyone and everyone in his way. He stole money and files from my comapny.
