I had ordered a Canon T3i camera from Certified Digital November 2011. On their website it stated the availability of the camera was "In Stock" which was highlighted in red. So I placed the order in hopes to have the camera by Christmas. 2 weeks later I hadn't receive any notification of the camera and hadn't received the camera so we contacted them and they stated definitely by 19 Dec. Well I contacted them today, 3 Jan 2012 and they told me it wouldn't be until 29 January 2012. I had indicated to the man on the phone that their website states that the cameras are in stock and he told me straight out that it was wrong and that they had other items listed to that I should be aware of and basically insulted me on the phone. It was the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I wouldn't recommend purchasing through them at all and if you do, read all of their fine print. Come to find out the camera I thought I was ordering did not come with a batter, did not come with a charger or other basic essentials. Be very careful when purchasing through them. For a few dollars more, there are more legitimate websites out there selling the same products. To conclude, I cancelled my order and will never order through them again because they knowingly and willingly mislead the consumers!
