First you claim your lender who is service provider  told you that you could of done this for free. Then Why are you looking for out side help, and Secondly let's be truthfully honest, the company you claim to be your lender is not true, your lender is the US Dept of Education, these servicing banks are Collectors who are for profit companies that make their money from the interest you accrue on your loans, so the longer your with them the more profit they make. These companies that do the document prepartion are pissing these so call lender's you claim off because you save 100's maybe 1000's of dollars they had planned on profiting from servicing your loan.

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

As the owner of Invio Document Preparation Services, the very first fact I would like to clarify is that the writer of this report has associated a laundry list of companies that have NO affiliation with the company that actually mistreated the client that wrote the report. In this fashion, this is a crime. It is called libel.

If there was an issue with a client that was actually serviced by our company it would be very, very important to resolve an issue of this magnitude and I hope that the parties responsible own up to the actions which created this situation.

I hope the writer finds solace in their emotional state that they have commited an illegal activity in labelling my company responsible for someone else's actions.
