I worked for conway for 2 year..truely conway is a great place to be a driver.Only one thing people should know about this company is that the service failers are put on drivers even if the truck breaks down becuase driver managers get writtin up if a load is late so rather then take the blame a DM will pass the service failer to the driver..then u have to sign a mandatory paper saying U HAVE BEEN WARNED DRIVER..get three of these and ur out the door no bull.night crew and day crew plus road service work all in the same building but they dont ask each other or leave an message for the next shift so if u dealing with something ur out of luck during nights and shift changes.
