Champs Apparel is not what you may think they are. They are NOT the stores you see here in the U.S. After paying for a Zeke Elliott Jersey, I began to question the shipping origin. Their cusotmer service people portray themselves in common names such as Jeff or Alex, but when I finally DID get a USPS racking number, it showed my jersey 'was being processed through the facility in China.'
Like other complaints I've witnessed associaed with this bogus company, they advertised 5-15 shipping days via E-packet. It's been 5 weeks and I've gotten nothing but a run-around. They told me a few days ago to be patient and to check (track) in about another week. When I replied that I'd never purchase from them again anfd told them I wanted them to 'track' my package and to let me know if it was on some ship in the middle of an ocean, they stopped replying.
I too am out $75, hoping they didn't rip off my C.C. for any more $$$. I totally thought I was purchasing from the U.S. retail chain 'Champs' but these crooks are posing as if they were the same company. It appears many have been misled similary, and now I assume hundreds if not thousands of US citizens have been ripped off in similar fashion.
Do not buy from this company; you will be very disappointed, as was my son when he didn't get his jersey for Christmas.
