When you check on Google to see how to change your postal address, unfortunately, this company's site comes as first. The actual official website from USPS, shows as a third or fourth options in Google.
In any internet sites, when you ask for a service and you would like to cancel your order, it is possible but not with this company. They don't cancel your order and there is nothing you can do about it. They don't have any phone address that you can contact and speak with an actual person, and when you contact them by email, they send you the same answer that they can't cancel the order because :
"Once we receive the requests, the change is submitted to the US Postal Service in batches every several minutes"
The website tricks you as you think that you are submitting this through the USPS but it is a third party and you pay $ 19.95 for something that costs $ 1 from the official site of USPS.
This is outrageous to see services such as this can exist in the internet and rip-off people. It is also outrageous that Google cannot classify an official website versus a third party website.
