I have also read the website. The term USPS is misleading. It does state that they are not the USPS , with that being said I do not it is entirely legal to use the term USPS in any way shape or form in any kind of website legally. I could be wrong but the USPS is federal goverment and this wonderful website uses USPS which I don't think is entirely legal. Not only that they use web bugs. Which in turn basically lets them know what the said user is doing and /or if you have opened email sent from there. Its basically spying. Last time I checked using a name that is reserved for the federal government wasn't legal to do. But what do I know?? That website is very misleading , pricey ,and just pure silliness. People will do anything for a dollar now days huh? Always stick with the USPS they will charge you an entire 1.00 for change of address last time I checked. Good luck to you and that website should be put out of its misery...

I don't see any where on the site that says they are the USPS. Looks like they are a third party you hired to file the address change. Looks legit to me.
