Chantelle Nicole Designs TOOK MONEY & NEVER PRODUCED ITEM Internet, Illinois
i ordered a hand stamped necklace for australian mothers day in may from chantelle nicole designs for AUD$168 via paypal.
After 4 weeks i had heard nothing from them so i sent an email asking how my item was going. She emailed back saying that there was a delay on the necklace and to expect it in 2 weeks.
Over 3 weeks had passed and on the 26th june i emailed again asking for an update and heard nothing.
I went on the chantelle design facebook page and wrote on there the same day and there was no reply.
it's now 3 weeks later and i have sent over 6 emails and posted on her page 4 times. She has now DELETED all my posts from facebook, BLOCKED me so i can no longer write on her page.
I asked my friends to write on her facebook page asking where my item was, she the proceeded to BLOCK anyone from australia from writing on her facebook page. GUILTY MUCH??
I have tried to contact her via twitter and i have posted on the BLOG section of her website and still heard nothing.
I cannot request my money back from paypal as it's been over 45 days, i have however sent her a paypal request for my money back, which i'm sure will go unopened.
The biggest joke of all is, her mantra on her website it; Get inspired, but dont steal. Karma is real... WHAT A JOKE.
