I purchased 2 neck ties totaling $275.00,after several days of waiting,several phone calls & emails,I finally received my package,when I open it,I could not believe my eyes,the ties was below sub-quality,loose & weak contruction,faded prints,fire sale quality,after several calls,emails,no respond,I mailed back the ties,package return with same ties inside,& with return to sender on the outside,I went to their address & was told that they had moved.

Let's see I dont even kow where to begin with this;
- Our ties retail for $95, so it's impossible that your order of two ties came to $275.
- Every single email get answered within minutes, we have at least 3 people monitoring our inbox. We have no record of any email about this.
- "faded prints" The few printed ties we do have are done on an extremly limited run and have only been sold to our direct mailing list customers. It would have been near impossible for anyone else to get them
