Chasalla Fashions Inc. ripoff-return policy-kept merchandise and refused to refund money Chicago Illinois
I purchased many high price designer items from Chasalla. When I asked about the return policy, I was told that I could return items for a refund or exchange.
I decided I did not like an item and went to return the very next day, unworn, tags attached with receipt. I was told I could not return. I was from out of state and had no time to look for an exchange.
Chasalla kept my receipt and two items and has refused to refund my money. Furthermore, I had to change my phone number due to threatening and harassing calls. They do not offer internet shopping so there is no way of me choosing other items my self. I would have to depend on their deceptive sales staff. This store has stolen hundreds from me. UNBELIEVABLE!
