I've ordered from these people twice, although the second time was with hesitation.
My first order was incomplete, with no invoice included so I had to email them to find out about the rest of the order. I got a reply 2 days later that the other items were out of stock. Why not include an invoice with that information printed on it? That's what most retailers do.
Second order arrived damaged. I filed an RMA (request for replacement or refund), sent them pictures of the damaged item (twice), but got only silence.
I have also reported these people to the Better Business Bureau, but when they sent a letter to the only address they could find, it came back "undeliverable" so the BBB thinks they are out of business. The website is still active and orders can still be placed, so they ARE still open. They will never see another penny of my money, and I am warning everyone I can reach to AVOID THESE PEOPLE.
They may offer items at lower prices but there is a HIDDEN price tag attached to everything!
