cheep tickets received e mail alert that we bought a ticket on American Airlines and we needed to download the attachment to view it Internet
We received an email stating we had bought an American airlines ticket to Seatlle and the cost was charged to a credit card through cheeptickets.com. We know we never purchased this ticket and was wondering how the e mail sender obrtained our e mail address.
We checked with our credit card companies to confirm no charges were actully made, as of yet. The e mail instructions said to download the copy of the ticket for use which we did not do as we fear this is a virus threat.
