Why on Earth would you buy a puppy from someone without ever having seen the pup? Why would you buy ANYTHING you've never seen? And if you've seen a picture, how do you know you're getting the same puppy in the picture? A word of advice: most reputable breeders will not ship puppies. You have to pick them up or meet them halfway or something like that. And the next time you want a puppy, go to the breeders kennel where you can view the pups and parents and play with the pups to see which one you want. Reputable breeders will allow all these things. If a breeder says no to any of these things, that should be a major red flag.

Did you actually purchase a dog from this breeder? You failed to mention any information about date of purchase or when you were supposed to receive the dog. I checked out their website and it's obviously a fake website. They do not mention if the dogs are registered or anything about how great their pedigree is. They do not even mention the names of their sire and dame. The only payment method is thru Western Union? Red flags should have gone up immediately. Since you don't actually say that you lost money, I am probably responding just for the love of the game, not any actual ripoff.
