This company promotes themselves as a Christian company that offers work at home opportunities. Takes your money and absolutely refuses to refund all or even a portion of any money irregardless of any reasonable request. They believe that they have done nothing wrong.
The work that this company offers is assembling pathetic looking child game boards made out of felt. They charge you a fee of $10.00 for the starter kit, $15.00 for registration, and $8.95 for shipping and handling. An additional $10.00 is charged if you want them to send you a sample of their item.
It took them one day to charge my account $33.95, two weeks to even send out my "kit", and only 30 days allowed for any refund. Not worth the bright colored flyers they send out. They know what they are doing and they know it is not ethical or even right.
Don't bother wasting your time contacting this company. Save your money and your time. Invest your money more wisely than to let this money hungry company touch any of it.
They say they have people who are making good money, but they are unwilling to offer any testimonials or even contact information for these so called work at home employees. Oh, believe me, she did offer that her husband makes good money with this. How credible is that? Sure he makes money, but not by assembling these boards. By taking all the money you pay them for all the garbage run around and running straight to the bank.
Contacting the company doesn't do any good, as the individual who answers the phone has no customer service skills and is unwilling to compremise with anything. "That's our policy" is repeated over and over and "there is nothing I can do". If she is the owner of this company, there is something she can do, but she absolutely refuses to budge.
I hope everyone who sees this will think twice about working for this company. I know that if enough of us discontinue sending them our money, that perhaps it will put them out of business. She could've have saved herself alot of headaches just by being a little more accommodating, but instead I will make sure I tell everyone what a poor and sorry company this is. Companies such as this, have no right promoting themselves as honest and ethical companies, when they don't even have a clue how to take care of the customer.
