Rich K at Future Ranking, along with his employees, are crooks. I paid up front for a promised website and got a pice of junk with no links and code instead of photos. I have had to spend $2000 so far, with others, jus to get the site working properly. I was told the coding is so bad that the site really should be thrown out and we should start again. Rich is a smooth talker, but when his feathers get ruffled he is not afraid to make threats. After I posted a bad review on Yelp Rich told me he would ruin my business by posting bad reviews about my business, although he has never even used my services. I have begged for 8 months for him to right his wrongs. He promised and promised, but he did nothing. I hired another man to work with Rich to fix the site, but this man got nowhere either. The experience was truly about the worst I've ever had in my 25 years of business. I am a tiny shop and I make custom seashell designs. The bad site has hurt my business badly. It makes me look like an idiot. I hope this man and his forked tongue burn in Hell. He reminds me of Iago in Othello. He is a conman extraordinaire, and so is his staff. Phoebe tried to squeeze money out of me for hosting, when the site is already hosted by Blue Host. The web designer is an idiot and doesn't know how to code. She also has no artistic talent. She turned my dignified product into a hippy-looking deal. I have nothing against hippies but it's not my customer base! Rich speaks with forked tongue.
