Cinapalace Didn't believe a Word They Said London, England Internet
I found amounts where debited from my account for $1.50 and $29.95 for a company called Cinapalace. I had no clue. The first thing you will see on there website support is they don't give refunds. That should mean something's up. I spoke with them and they stated I had signed up for the free trial and did not cancel in the 5 days?. So they were billing me aas a member. I don't remember doing so but I thoght maybe. She gave me an ip # of the subcriber and it was mine. Still soud fishy.
I was nice and was going to look at my history to see if I had been to there site. I had cleaned my cookies after that date so I still didn't know. I then chatted with support for more information. Still didn't help. I then looked up my profile at the data and there was a big error. I'm following up with my bank. Ithink this is one of the companies that uses information bought or partial information and fill in the blanks with hacked information to get your money about $50 or less at a time hoping you won't notice.
I think someone had hacked or sold my information from a purchase. Please make sure if you fill out even a partial application and change your mind when they want your debit card, don't just close the page. Go back and remove all the information on the page. When I text a question about how they handle certain information, they didn't respond. They used my debit card information and I know I didn't give it out at such a page. Just a note: they are not a porn site.
