DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY. SCAM SCAM SCAM. They happily take your money every month but when it comes to upholding their end of the bargain, forget it. Our AC has been out for almost a week now and because Cinch has to source the parts, the HVAC repair company cannot fix our system until those parts are received. Those parts are currently out of stock. Problem #2, we are responsible for paying $750 to the HVAC company for this repair but the line items provided by Cinch mean nothing. "Other related charges $390", "Reclaim $95", "Line set Modifications $290" I asked what each of these were and they wouldn't or couldn't tell me.
I'm not sure what Cinch is even covering at this point because we're paying $750. After this claim, we will be canceling our contract with them. We have had similar issues anytime we have made a claim and this is it. What the h*ll are we paying for? They cover almost nothing and what YOU have to pay to fix these items is WAY MORE than what they're paying. They buy the replacement parts in such quantity that it costs them like $250 for a new AC unit but that's ALL they pay for. You pay for every screw and ancillary piece of equipment. It's outrageous. You've been warned, people. You sign up with the scam of a company, you deserve what you get. They should be ashamed of themselves.
