 i was a first time customer at cindycut hair replacement i found on internet was promised hair in 5 weeks and recieved it  3 months later i made payments of 340.00 two months in a row and stll no hair third month i tol her no more payments till i receive m hair it was e exuse after another finally end of 3 months i recieved two hair pieces that was nothi like i ordered the hair was thin not human at all the unit was not made to fit the sample i doesnt fit at all like it should i called her to disuss sending back hair for a refund she said she couldnt do that that she took upon herself to order two more already ou of her pocket so they wouldnt be late again and now he going to be out of the money which i told her thats on her i told her from beginning i wasnt making her no more payments after two untll i saw the hair to make sure it was right she hung up on me i tried calling and emailing her no response i am very unhappy i lost 680.00 and own two hair units that are no good  cindy lee is very unprofessional and does not stand behind her work but thank god i found express hair his work i excellent and keeps his word

There is a time in business life that an upsetting unjustified cruelty is imposed and at first glance threatens your very pride of ownership because of a person's motives in posting their dissatisfactions with your products and or services. If deserved, then shame on you for setting yourself up for the review and the circumstances that you fabricated to deserve a customers steamy complaint. You will sooner or later be found out for your inferior business practices.

It is on the side of legitimate service companies and their products and those that are employed by you that we want to step up and respond to cruelty manifested and notable unjustified Internet posts. It's years of dedication that builds a great following with long standing quality products and services that can be eroded in quick fashion from out of hand, freight train derailment type comments.

With reviews of circumstances it is found to be highly subject to fabrication of untruth's that are very out of proportion to our clearly explained business specifics that have built our success. There is never a promise to deliver a highly custom made hairpiece in a specific amount of time, only an average based on past performance obligations of 8 weeks and never in just five weeks as the complainant claims. Even a custom expedited request to our specialists does little to hurry their professional work.

Our guarantee is to make your custom hair systems exactly to your specifications on the order form or it will be reprocessed at no charge. According to the comments against our quality standards, nothing was right and a demand for a refund was requested. For our business practice protection, as it is in most all custom product and service providers, refunds for custom work is not an option and clearly stated. Consumers are aware that custom orders require extensive labor and if made to specifications, their craftsman are owed their livelihood payments for their labor.

The human hair replaced by a synthetic hair comment just undermines any responsibility of this post completely but we will address it simply by revealing a simple test that you can responsibly perform on your own hair system in case you have your suspicions. Human hair burns when ignited and smells awful and in life, most experience that smell. Synthetic hair simply melts. In our business, synthetic costs the same, what would be our gain in using inferior when superior is our claim to our quality success.

Further suspicions to a proposed accusation of not standing behind our work and then recommending another hair replacement company reeks of a possible advertising ploy for perpetual long term inducements that may not be closely scrutinized by the well intentioned company that owns the sight.

Sounds like miscommunication problems to me. I too have special hair loss needs that lead me to Cindycut and I can say this; Getting to speak to the owner, Cindy, who is not only a knowledgable Stylist but a Certified Instructor is the BEST thing that could have happened for me. She always has my best interests at heart and knows what she's doing when it comes to making my custom hairpieces. What a rare find, I won't go anywhere else.
