we have benn with cingular for 6-7 yrs and since they merged with at&t we've had nothing but problems and attitudes from the customer reps.. we have 2 phones on one plan and the agreement was a monthly bill of $100-$125.00 and i cant remember the last time we got 1 bill at that cost every bill we've recieved has been 250.00 a month plus we upped our minutes we changed our plans we stopped text messages and still 200,300,400,all the way to a $900.00 cell phone bill. and still we continued to be suckered they made us believe the bills were accurate and we were at fault!!! yet still we would go through our bill and notice oops we still had any where from 2,500- 4,500 roll over minutes so why is the bills so extreme ? they're excuse was we use text messages or we were late paying a bill ...since when does being a week late on paying a bill, give u a charge of 600.00 for a late fee ..every month!! we have even caught them in some mess ups in the past where they had to add credit to our bill of 250.00 yet still leaving us with a bill of 350.00 remainder to pay.. conveinently !! we are now canceled from them after 7 yrs of bein with cingular at&t decided we had to pay them 1,000.00 to reactivate our phones after being caught up with them again for a 582.00 bill.. let me repeat this line again

they canceled our account with no written warning in the mail ,we were still in contract with them, we had no notice, our bill again was 600.00 that they were payed in full!! which would have given us a balance of 0.00 owed they then tacked 150.00 late fee or cancelation ? whatever..then told us they wanted another 500.00 per phone line for security to show good faith they called it ..

at that point we were so frustrated we hung up the phone on them so today we called them back ..to again find out why after paying them 600.00 are we now having to pay them another 1,177.00 for an account we already have !!! again no notice ,no warning, SURPRISE!! so a grand total of 1,777.00 to have your phones activated ..then !! that isnt it!!

they decided to bargain with us and say look we will take 600.00 instead of the 1,000.00 but oh they still were gonna need the 150.00 for cancelation and 37.00 for late fee plus 600.00 for a show of good faith and we may then have our phones back on!!! ''for a bill we had once again paid in full '' its funny how even after the past 2 yrs or so having 600-900.00 bills we managed to be late sometimes ..funny every time they were paid in full they would send us another 400.00 or more RIP OFFS!! someone needs to do something they are raping customers for their money hardcore !! there is no way anyone could run up a bill to 900.00 realistically in 1 month or every month for that matter !! impossible !! we had never received 1 time a bill for the agreed 100-$125.00 monthly not once they need to be sued for everything they got!!!!

You are joking right? Read your bills and figure out who is sitting on the phone and to where. It wouldn't matter what cell phone company you have, from your accounting here someone is spending a great deal of time on the cell phone.
