Cingular Wireless False advertisement ripoff Cingular refuses do what their bogus flyer advertises and ripped of my credits Atlanta Georgia
I am supposed to be able to carry over my unused credits.
Cingular stole my credits and tells me now that their brochure does not cover my area. Although I picked up the brochure in my home town from Cingular and shows a distinct map of Southern California, in the centrum of which I live.
They gave me a lot of excuses to numerous to mention here, but with each rebuttle & proof I give, they just come up with another excuse, looking for straws to get me off the phone.
My Cingular Purchase says: Exact Quote:
"Any credit remaining in your account, after the expiration date stated on your prepaid card can be saved if you refill your account within 14 days following expiration (which is 90 days on a $20.00 card) or 104 days total.
Cingular now insist that the credit cannot be saved. But their reading off The "Kic Prepaid Plan" which cost is .10 cents/min. but cingular has been charging me .35 cents/minute.
Now Cingular is not only overcharging but keeping my credits.
That not only a rip-off, but fraud.
Cingular hides behind a PO BOX with No telephone number, nor an email address, to send proof to resolve a claim. Their Customer service cannot help in disputes and is worthless.
If people allow companies to rip-off the consumer, then the consumer themselfs will inherently become dishonest.
To condone dishonesty, breeds dishonesty & then we all become victims!
