I am getting tired of Randy always saying that he is tired of all this ("I want it free attitude"). How can Randy say we want it free when we pay? How can Randy say we don't pay, when he is the one debiting our accounts? We don't send in the requested payments. My downpayment and my three months probation payments were debited from my account, then my contract stated I was to recieve my purchase the following month. I paid what was stated on my contract, and lost, not only my purchase but also my money to a company that I had trusted. Randy is a liar, and will always prove you to be wrong. I noticed to that everyone one is also charged a different application fee. When I applied there was no mention of an application fee on the ad, but I was charged $24.99. The ad changes all the time, and new obligations are added, especially the ones we claim were not on the ad before. Randy contradicts himself all the time. I still can't understand with all these complaints, why is this dang company not being investigated? This so called company if you can call it that, needs to come down.

Obviously you failed to understand, or research my previous post. Let me dumd it down a bit for you: On 12/23/2004 at 11:11:46 pm - You filed a rebuttal to a consumer saying that she never read the contract. The link for this rebuttal is: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff123926.htm You then put in your rebuttal what the contract states. Supposedly this "You also further Authorize CircuitMicro.com and their affiliates to electronically debit your account supplied above, for the loan origination and underwriting fees of $39.96, which is required buy the institution that has approved your request. Once your financing is finalized, we'll refund you the fees in store credits toward your purchase, if your purchase is over $1000.00 we will double it, and triple it If your purchase accedes $2000.00" There was a typo in earlier parts of this agreement, this struck me as weird, a typo in a legal document. So I went to your website. And read the agreement. There is NO MENTION of this Financing Charge being returned to the customer. The above quotation is not on your website anywhere. THIS was Cut and Pasted from your Website on Dec 25th at 2:15 EST. THE FEDERAL EQUAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITY ACT PROHIBITS CREDITORS FROM DISCRIMINATING AGAINST CREDIT APPLICATIONS ON THE BASIS OF RACE, COLOR, RELIGION, NATIONAL ORIGIN, SEX, MARITAL STATUS, AGE (PROVIDED THE APPLICANT HAS THE CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO A BINDING CONTRACT); BECAUSE ALL OR PART OF THE APPLICANT'S INCOME DERIVES FROM ANY PUBLIC ASSISTANCE PROGRAM; OR BECAUSE THE APPLICANT HAS IN GOOD FAITH EXERCISED ANY RIGHT UNDER THE CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT. As required by law, you are hereby notified that a negative credit reporting reflecting on your credit record may be submitted to a credit reporting agency if you fail to fulfill the terms of your credit obligations. You have the right to prohibit the disclosure to marketers of goods or marketing information concerning you, which discloses your identity. New York Residents - Consumer reports may be requested in connection with the processing of this application and any resulting account. Upon your request, we will inform you of the names and addresses of any consumer reporting agencies, which have provided us with such reports. Kentucky Residents - You may pay the unpaid balance of your account in whole or in part at any time. You must be of legal age to obtain credit. You authorize CircuitMicro.com and there affiliates to obtain a credit report on you from consumer reporting agencies and to make such other investigations and inquiries as they deem appropriate, for any legal purpose. Any legal purpose includes consideration of this application and subsequently any update, further extension of credit, review, or collection of your account. You are submitting a request for a loan pre-qualification, a loan application thru Circuit Micro (hereinafter, a "Request"). Circuit Micro can only give you the benefits of our service by conducting its business through the Internet. If your request is denied, you will be informed whether any credit report was requested, and if so, the name and address of the consumer reporting agency furnishing this report. Your initial credit limit and rate will depend on how you meet the established income and credit standards not limited to a valid Us Bank account for repayment ability. Multiple applications received by the same lender within a 90-day period may be treated as duplicates and only the original application will be considered. Any orders cancelled in the first 30 days (if) and (or) after any payment or payments are received are subject to approval. Approvals for cancellations are by the lender to determine if you are obligated under the contract to pay reasonable cancellation or penalty fees. There are no Refunds on Financing. Monthly payments estimated on the site are based on standard product price (excluding shipping/handling/taxes), on a 48 month term, at 14.99% OAC. Rates very from 14.99% and up to 21.99% APR. The APR is not guaranteed and may change. Actual payment amount and repayment terms may vary. Repayment terms very from 12 to 48 months, you also may be eligible to receive 0% Apr, for 12 months per our current promotion of (12 months same as cash promotion) That is the page, the agreement that you must click the "I Agree" button from. No mention of the Financing Fees being returned. That is why I believe you are unable to read your own contracts, or possibly, stay up to date with the wording that is now used within them. And to clarify, I only stated that I am from Canada to show that, first, i have never dealt with your company. secondly, that word of mouth is going a very long way. You have taken the stance that I am against a financing charge. I am not. I am not in any way blaming you for having a financing charge, those happene everywhere and in my experience, I don't believe I have ever had them refunded. What I am rebutting is your claim at one time saying that yes, they are refundable to your customers, while your website does not say this. Also, the fact that you think it is proper to respond to someone in a way to ask them what planet they live on? Sir, I hope that your rebuttal gets posted on every single complaint website possible, with your claim that you would be HAPPY for customers to go to other stores. If I was allowed by the moderators, I would give them links to more appropriate stores, with much better service. Lucky for you, moderators won't let me.

Well, I am getting a little aggravated by the same (I want it for free attitude) Here it is in a nutshell Obviously you say I can't read my own contract, NICE TRY, how about YOU CANT READ, and worse accusing me of not listing it's refundable, when it's there black and white, just shows how good your reading skills are. READ IT AGAIN. OR LEARN HOW TO READ; Here it is again, and this is the last time! #1) CircuitMicro.com does not have volunteers, nor do we plan to have any anytime soon, we pay our help, you may feel that we shouldn't but we do anyway. If you want to work for free, go ahead, but unfortunately we're not. #2) since the fee is refunded back to the applicant up to 3 times the fee amount, and they are serious about making a purchase, there is never a problem, plus you get up to an extra $80.00 towards the purchase. Of course that is only if you are a buyer, that would be the key word (BUYER) and why would a buyer have a problem paying for his purchase, unless either was trying to scam us or steal it, then I could understand why this person would be upset about paying anything.. But somehow this doesn't seem fair? Huh Of course not, BECAUSE YOU THINK YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO APPLY FOR FREE EVEN IF IT'S WASTING EVERYONE'S INVOLVED TIME AND MONEY. #3) I don't know what part of Canada you live in, or really what planet you live on, but charging a processing fee last time I checked was not illegal, and I believe same as here it's charged by others as well, like apartments, credit card companies, real estate brokers, merchant companies and etc. Some companies do not, because they make it clear before hand GOOD CREDIT ONLY NEED TO APPLY.again so they don't waste their time. But some companies such as ours have everyone including their cat and dog apply, so to do this for free, means I need to be Bill Gates. At $8.00 each credit report to 3 bureaus and $15.00 or more an hour to the girls processing the apps I still loose $$. And quite tired of it, since UN appreciated; so they may be more very soon, to cover the entire cost; Currently we process 100 to 500 requests each day, out of those 3 to 10 people a month can't read. HERE IS A SIMPLE SOLUTION TO YOUR CONCERN. NEXT TIME .READ THE TERMS YOU ARE ABOUT TO SIGNAND DON'T SIGN THEM AND OBLIGATE YOUR SELF OR BETTER YETDO US ALL A FAVOR AND DON'T WASTE OUR TIME AND APPLY SOMEWHERE ELSE, I AM SURE THEY WILL **APPRECIATE** YOU FOR WASTING THEIR TIME OR GET YOUR $40.00 READY, SINCE THIS IS NOT *SALVATION ARMY* OR SOME OTHER *PUBLIC SERVICE* THAT YOU THINK IT IS Good day

While this is not a deposit, in the Rebuttal you filed on 12-24-04 to the report entitled Circuit Micro RIPOFF!! Fraudulent debit from my checking account!! VERY DISHONEST Lake Forest California *REBUTTAL Owner of company ..Do you always sign agreements without read them you did say that this money gets refunded at the end of the financing period. Though, your website does not state this. Perhaps it is you that does not read words, only the money you are racking up by ripping people off. I think you just screwed yourself Randy. And I have never dealt with your company, I live in Canada, I just fell upon these ripoffs and can't believe the type of business practices allowed in the US. How rude the owner of a company would be to the people paying his bills.

You paid an application fee, that you authorized by agreeing to the terms to pay for processing. Obviously though, if you have had actually read them, you also would know that it could take up to 15 days to receive your loan term details, Of course, that is only if you have read anything at all, which we can safely assume that you didn't.
