CitiFinancial ripoff did fraud to me Owings Mills Maryland
On November 21, 2002 I purchased furnishings for $163.00 in Rooms To go. On December statement had 0.53 finance charges. I paid off the balance in full. However, I received the statement of January. They charge me $29.00 late fees. I called customer service. They said it was an automatic charge by computer. They would take it off. On February statement they charged me another late fee. I called them again. That time the customer service said they only could take off one time late fee. I think it was not right because they told me they would take off the late fee for January. If they did it, there was no late fee for February. I canceled my account. After I closed my account, they continually charged me the late fee month by month. Late, they said I owe them $220.00 late fee. That is a typically fraud action. Also they reported it to EQUIFAX,Experian and sold this account to other company.Citifinancial is a so bad, so worse and so terrible company that I have never seen.
