So you got a parking ticket. Are you one of those I am above the law jerks who feel that rules are for everyone but them? You are the kind of people that give California a bad name. When you paid the ticket you admitted guilt. Get by it. You forge a press pass and cover your vin number so you don't get a ticket. I bet you are one of those who park in a handicap spot while the person in a wheelchair has to park a long ways off. Why don't both of you grow up? The laws aren't perfect but you are only making things worse by claiming rules aren'r for you.

Brian... good for you. I feel the same way about the PVB. They are a bunch of DONKEYS! Give them all you got... I love the idea of covering the VIN number. I will do the same.
