Claude Bernard Builders ripoff fraud tresspassing forgery Westland Michigan
This company possed as state workers to get into our house; they even showed us state ID;s? We signed a contract then checked out there company,found out they did;nt work for the state;
so we hired a attorney to cancel; We wanted to make sure the contract was canceled because we were going on vacation;
she assured us that everthing was canceled. We went on our vacation and came back to pure hell.
The contractor came over and started the work anyway; in 10 inches of snow.
They tore off our roof; they put one back on but it was;nt the way we wanted our roof. They started the siding but could;nt finish because of the snow.
Thank God there workmanship was real poor; they did;nt put on a starter strip for the siding which caused the siding to be croked.
They went over a hood vent for our stove; and they went over our cable wires. They also tore off my brand new window;s that they were not soppose to touch.
The company left all of the work materials in the snow uncovered; they came back to finish the job but we were back from our vacation thank god so we did not let them finish because of the workmanship.
Come to find out the morgage company (Franklin Morgage)paid these ripp-offs before they did the work.
We have been paying back double house payment;s now for almost two years because of these rip-offs. We contacted back the attorney that we went to before we left and found out the paralegal had us sign the resendment paper on the wrong line.
We hired another attorney he;s already cost us 10,000.00 for legal fees and were not done yet.
