This person was paid. We told this person they would get paid.
They were impatient. The accounts we had stop sending work and did not pay us as promised.
Be careful when working with Phillippines, they do not understand English and the culture here well.

Mr. Claude Laloi have been telling lies all through out. I will show evidence that you are LIAR and don't have a word of HONOR.
Here is the Employment Certificate that proves that I am working for "Keller Williams" and Diversified Property Results Inc. it shows that I have been working for Mr. Claude Laloi for more than a year now. He claims that I cannot understand English and I am not performing well how come he was able to keep me as an employee for 14months?

He claims that I have quit my job I guess he needs to show evidence that I quit my job. Mr. Claude Laloi stop sending orders and I can prove that as well in his email.
He claims that I have other job once again he needs to show evidence.
Please Mr. Claude Laloi I am only asking for my one month payment (300USD) and you choose to have this matter to go on public it only show that you are not a good employer from USA.
For all readers please help me to escalate this matter to be known accordingly.
I have all the evidence to show that Mr. Claude Laloi cheated me and he violated our contract.

To response to the consumer and Mrs. Virgie Caytuna
The rebuttal written had some grammar mistakes. I was missing a few words.
"This is my fault I kept a bad independent contractor on that should not have been on our team, she consistently did complete her job correctly."
I meant to say here she consistently did not complete the job correctly. She was a bad contractor. I did give her the document for being an independent contractor with our company I was trying to help her out with getting a credit card. It was not certificate it was a letter saying she work for me.
I will pay her.
My business decrease dramatically and really should not have kept her on, but I was just looking out for her but obviously she couldn't care less and does not understand what's going on. She reported me to Ripoff, after I said I would pay her, she decided to quit because I wouldn't pay her through Xoom.com, when she wanted. I told her paypal is easier for me to pay her. She quit write after I said this because she has another job.
Don't let her fool you she's a liar she always pull the I have all these problems card, she is not innocent she's a liar, the money I was paying her is 30,000 php or more and she had another job.

This is true the statement written above, she does not follow direction very well, I think again, its her not understanding English very well.
I told her I would pay her in an email but she wanted to get paid right now, which I was not able to do then through Xoom.com, she decided to report me.

I'm not trying to avoid paying her or staling I will pay her but I have to make sure I owe her what she claim. I made an Amendment to the agreement. I have to look for it.
She had another job and completed all my work inconsistently and made errors consistently on the few reports she did. She work for me more than a year she still did not know what she was doing. This is what I get for keeping her on.
She barely worked, she would only complete maybe 2 reports every couple days, some days one report and she still made mistakes.
There were days she didn't even work, I still paid her, this is the thanks I get. She does not have a conscious. This person is not innocent has she claim.
She barely worked hard it was easy money for her and she had another job. She thinks I didn't know she had another job but I know what's going on. That's why she quit so fast.
I never once missed a payment and the first thing she does is report me to ripoff, she is the most ungrateful person I have ever met.
Remember I never said I would not pay her, she quit because I said I could not pay her through Xoom.com when she wanted and I mention to her before it's easier to pay through paypal.
Again, I think this all happen because she does not understand English very well.

I have documents to show that he employs me more than a year now and all task has been done correctly. Emails will prove that I have been working well with his commendation on his emails saying "job well done". And if I don't understand English how come he choose to keep me as an employee for more than a year?
I am very much willing to show all the documents anywhere to prove that Mr. Claude Laloi has failed to follow the binding contract between me and his company Diversified Property Results Inc. Also I am not threatening him I just want justice on this matter, we also have invoicing system that can prove that he was not abiding to payment terms.
If I am not able to understand English and not able to do my job properly how come he gave me a Employment of Certificate that I requested for bank purposes with "Keller Williams" business LOGO on it signed by him.
To all that reads this report I can upload all email conversation, task, reports and invoices to prove that Mr. Claude Laloi claims are false and very malicious.
If there is a lawyer who wants to help me on my case I can share all the documents anytime.

In responding to the complaint you seem to contradict yourself.
Here are a couple of your quotes concerning this employee:

the Philippines isn't a team player and does not follow directions very
well or understand english very well.
I have consistently paid Mrs. Virgie Caytuna every single month since I
hired her. I have never not paid her or anyone on my team.
I believe in being fair and holding to a contract.
She wanted for me to pay her through Xoom.com for the month of June's pay, and I mention to her I
cannot do that. I mention i will pay her though Xoom.com but in 4 days
later, we are not set up or ready to consistently pay her though
Xoom.com and I told her that more than one time. I said to her many
times the best way to pay her is through paypal, but she doesn't like
getting paid through paypal.
She became angry and decided to quit working with our company. Since
she quit I mention to her I will have to go back the Admended contract I
sent her concerning the following:
The amendment is in place of her contract it was sent to her by
email stating she must complete 15-20 orders per day or she will be
paid per order, for her that will be $1 dollar per order.
Since she quit, I mention to her I will need to find the Amended
contract and get back to her because I need to make sure I paying her
correctly.
She became angry and wanted to get paid now. She threaten me multiple
times and mention she will report me to ripoff-report and other sites.
