Claude Raptis - Claude Raptis Raptis Homes Ripoff FORCED ME TO MOVE OUT WANTED TO STEAL MY DEPOSIT MONEY Newnan Georgia
I, had entered a lease purchase agreement with Raptis homes inc. October 2002, i paid Claude raptis $4,000 down and was to begin paying the monthly payment in Nov. Just after two weeks of living in the house Raptis called me up one moring demanding that i pay him the first payment before Nov. i then questioned the agreement we had together he then demanded i move out and he was going to refuse to give me my $4,000 back i then threatned him with legal action and i hung up the phone i then got me a lawyer after raptis which a person has the right to do when their being blackmailed.
My, laywer got a hold of his lawyer when we recived his lawyers response he came back raptis accusing me of being late on the rent and that he wanted $6,000 instead of the $4,000 that he agreed for me to pay his lawyer said he accepted it on good faith. Their, was an agreement made bye both lawyers, that i move out and for Raptis to only give me $3,000 of my money back i don't think that he should of gotten anything for the harrasment that he caused me and for him forcing me to move out and for the defaming that he has done to me.
The day that I moved out raptis was suppose to do a walk around of the house and then give me my money atfer he was threw he cursed at me saying i wasn't going to get a "d**n" dime back cause he accused me of messing up the walls and i had to repaint them i took pictures of the walls and they have no marks what so ever on them. Two days, later i got only $2700 back due to him taking out late charges out which was not suppose to be taking out all togather he owes me about $1200 raptis homes betrayed my trust lied about me and kicked me out they lied making me think i was going to have a house of my own all because they wanted to steal my $4000
the out come of this i lost a good paying job with a bonus i was about to recieve i had to sell all my appliance's for a little of nothing he has caused alot of mentel anquise on me and my family and it has been a hard year for me i almost lost my car if it wasn't for my parents i would of been on the street starving with no food or hardly any clothes and no car this man totally betrayed my trust and his company he has caused me alot of problems and cost me alot of money this man hates women he does not wont women to have anything he steals from them and lose's their good paying jobs this man makes me sick.

I just wanted to update my report I am know a home owener. Claude raptis thought he ruined everything for me but I have know become a home owner with my own house. Claude raptis you think you made me have had lose my job after making me move & how you broke your contract with me & after how you had lied about me! you did not get away with the wrong you did to me you are a liar nothing but a piece of human garbage to treat someone like how you did me & then lie about me!. I will never trust another landlord again! after how you betrayed my trust trying to steal my deposit you switched contracts on me after I moved in then you were going to kick me out on the streets If this is how you treat women then I would have never signed a contract with you in the first place! I do not trust landlords anymore you know you lied about me you cursed at me my family witnessed you cursing at me so you will lose in court I personaly hate you for how you treated me & how you put me threw hell I don't care If you hate me for reporting your fraudulent unfair business practice I will expose you to the news media from how you treated me forced me to move out & wanting to steal my $4,000 I am not afraid of you I will expose all the unlawful fraudulent things landlords are doing In the state of georgia so other people will not go threw the same kind of ripoff I do not care about your reputation It deserves to be ruined after how you were going to throw me out & not give me any of my money back then defamate my character accusing me of being breach of contract. Sense I am a home owner know I will not have to worry about doing business with landlords If all their going to do Is lie about me & accuse me of being in breach of contract when you were in breach of the contract, you broke the contract not me you discriminated agaisnt me because I am a woman & you didn't want women to have anything you got did you! I will never trust another landlord you are a abuser all you wanted to do was take advantage of me well I make sure that you will not do this to another person because I will expose your lies & fraudulent business practice landlords in georgia cannot be trust all they are out is to take advantage of people like how I was taken advantage off!.
