Clear Choice Credit Solutions ripoff, withdraw $239.50 from my checking account but no $500 deposit, made false promises Saint George Utah
My report is regarding Clear Choice Credit Solutions. He said we were approved for a $5000.00 visa credit. There would not be any annual fees, just a one time fee of $239.50.
But first, they would deposit $500.00 just for signing up into my checking account. Then they would withdraw $239.50 for a one-time processing fee.
So it would not cost me anything. I would receive a visa card in the mail for a pre-approved credit card for $5000.00.
He assured me that the $239.50 would not be withdrawn until they made the deposit of $500.00
That did not happen. This was the end of June 2003, Just the other day August 23, 2003 I received a package from them, with two booklets on how to establish your credit, and who I should contact for a credit card.
I tried to reach them several time before, when the money was taken out of my account, and again today. Number is wrong #.
