The "Sales" department is indeed filled with people that have a criminal background and I can definately tell you that NO background checks are/have been/ or probable will EVER be conducted due to the fact that if they did, they may have to hire people that are honest and clean.  At some point, I would invite you to go hang out in the area at lunch time and see exactly what comes out the doors....kind of scary if you ask me.



With that said, let's not leave out the other side, you know the side that calls every month or so requesting a retainer update due to this or that.  How many people have actually seen a billing statement from this company - better yet, how many understand them!  How many duplicate charges are on that statement?  How many overpriced entries are there?  How many people does it take to review a file or write a letter that basically says nothing because it is a template and generic??



Don't get me wrong, sometimes good things come out of this company but it is few and far between with many lies told to get to that end.  Every single one of those so called Senior Associates have NO training or background.  They are puppets of the management and if they want to keep their jobs, will do exactly what they are told - no matter what.  Sometimes, to the extent of lying about the upcoming things and the amount of retainer you truly have left.  If this were a law office, I'm pretty sure that there would be guidelines in place to monitor and account for how every dime was used - in fact, I know there is. 



How many times has the file been transferred because someone got a promotion or is no longer with the company?  How many time will you be charged for that transfer?  What is that actual education of the person that now has control of your file?  What kind of support staff do they have?  Billing for every letter as if they wrote it themselves from scratch....when you know darn well you probably have 5 of the same letter from just the past 2 months?



What happened to the honest days work and not taking advantage of those who are already down?  Why is it that a company has to lie to get the client in the door and yet tell them that the contract they have signed is legal and binding?  I wonder, has anyone ever had that checked out?  Doesn't seem to me that it holds much water.



So buyer...I would submit to you to BEWARE of this company.  I have had dealings with them...I am aware of what they do and how they conduct business.  If they call...RUN!!!  Run FAR away....
