On february 4th I placed an order to clearance.co in the amount of $103.00. i ordered an mp3 player and a google android 4.2.7 with matching keyboard case.
As off today i have not received any merchandise but they collected the money the very next day of my purchase. i have sent several emails asking when can I expect my merchandise but every time that i contact them i receive a different delivery date. i asked to cancel my order and they told me they can not cancel my order due to their policy because their prices are to low.
I feel frustrated because i tried to called the number they gave me but no answer. it seems like they just get the money from their customers but no merchandise is ever sent to them.
i just want to warn all people to do not make any kind of business with this company or you will lose your money. i am going to try to contact my bank and see if they can do something about it since i paid with a credit card. Thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to file this report.
