company advertises & sells via Sunday newspaper/magazine supplement.
I ordered goods over internet, company charged me for the goods but
did not deliver.  Company sent one e-mail message that the merchandise
was sold-out but nevertheless charged my account.  Company gives
no date as to when the merchandise will be mailed, if ever. 

Company managers operating a scam in that they are advertising, selling
merchandise they do not have.  Company uses customers' money in interest
bearing accounts, sells e-mail addresses, does not deliver goods.

I want the merchandise or a refund--NOW.

CONSUMERS BEWARE:  never order merchandise from Sunday newspaper
magazine supplement.
