Her husband Anoop Bhatia was convicted for fraud as a Travel Agent in 1987. He was arrested on 5/8/13 and is waiting for trial. Don't use Joe Panichi as your - "Escrow Officer" he is working without Real Estate license and was accomplices for fraud Don't use Steve (Sutesh) Bhatia as you Loan Officer. BEWARE of FRAUD.!!!! We try to buy townhouse in 2010 and lost all money, Criminals put our money to private business account and never had legal Escrow Company. Beware of Fraus!!! Granada Hills California
Real estate agent Neelam (Nancy) Bhatia and her husband Anoop Bhatia operate Click and List and Home Club International Companies and involved in Grand Theft. They operate illigal Escrow Office without License. Nancy is serving jail time already. Anoop Bhatia is arrested on 5/8/13 and waiting for trial. Never use Steve (Sutesh) Bhatia for any Loan needs. or Joe Panichi as your Finance advisor or Escrow Officer. We try to buy town-home in 2010 using existing line of credit and personal savings. Money was deposited to personal business (not Trust Escrow) account and gone. All Escrow Instructions we received from Joe Panichi.Lot of Victims!!!!. Beware or Fraud!!!
