On May 25, 2015 I looked up computer service support and found Click4Fix contacting them and talking someone claiming to be Mark Stevens. I explained the issues which included that the computer functions were very slow. Spending some time with me on the phone we went through a number of files while he said he was determining how to resolve the issues. It appeared that he was directly accessing the computer from wherever he was. In the end he said they could provide round the clock service for an any ongoing issues and said the service will be $999.00 (USD). I gave him my credit card number and the charge went through shortly thereafter. The problems still exist and worse, and now we realized after emailing them today that the email bounced back. We immediately looked them up on Google and sure enough find out they were scammers. So we are out of pocket $1200.00 CAD.
