In Demand actually went after CM2 and WON, forcing all links to be taken down by google.

Both of you should really take a step back and realize that life is to short to be geting tangled up in legals disputes.. so here goes:

I have attended some CM2 shows and some of which have ben very successful and uplifting..Although Mr. Davis doesnt have the best way of expressing himself neither does emike... I think you all should both back away from this issues and count your loses... but I will point out a few things.. Using a down syndrome child was quite awkward, however, you never know what people are experiencing emike so I think that was quite low to post an image of this young child who should have never been expose like that. Now, Mr. Davis If you feel you've been taken for a ride by Emike that yes pursue legal action emike if you feel your correct than yes let the courts decide but people please this is damaging your images and your going back and forth like children. BACK AWAY FROM THE TABLE....and be mature. Im sure both of you have lives, family, reputations to protect but Blasting each other on this website is wrong..........Emike you seem to know quite alot about this entertainment industry as im sure you do, however, davis seems to think there were some inconsistency in your business practices as it relates to a few deal you to made.. If he failed to execute the contracts yes your right he just S*** of of luck, but if not that man just book the fella a show and END THIS MADNESS..... 22,500 is alot of money just to give away and then no show.......................how would you feel emike.. sounds like a scam but emike i know from the outside looking in I wouldnt know abt you clauses in your contracts so you maybe right.. either way guys or girls and guy whomever you maybe..Im a promoter from Cali and we do things different on the west coast ........... DECEPTIVE PRACTICE... EACH AGREEMENT STATES AND I QUOTE:

1. TALENT BROKER ENGAGEMENT FEE: Producer agrees to pay Talent Broker a minimum NONREFUNDABLE, Talent Broker Fee of two-thousand ($2500) dollars or FIFTEEN Percent (15%) of Artist Fee, whichever is greater. In the event that Talent Broker is unable to negotiate a mutually acceptable Agreement between Artist and Producer within 30 days following the execution of this agreement, Talent Broker shall use its best efforts for up to 90 additional days to secure another artist for Producer for a new engagement date at the same venue

LETS NOT FORGET THAT YOU USED A THIRD PARTY (A MAN NAMED JENTREGA) TO COMMUNICATE WITH US, YET YOU SIGNED OFF ON THE CONTRACTS. HE WAS AND IS FULLY AWARE OF THE TERMS, AS YOU WERE, SINCE YOU READ THE AGREEMENTS BEFORE SIGNING THEM! THERE ARE NO EXTRA FEES, THESE ARE UPFRONT FEES, AGAIN CLEARLY STATED IN THE CONTRACT. THE ADDRESS OF THE COMPANY IS REGISTERED, WE HAVE A FED ID#, AND PAY TAXES TO THE GOVERNMENT. WHERE THE COMPANY IS REGISTERED IS OF NO CONCERN, YET IF YOU WERE A TRUE BUSINESSMAN, I AM SURE YOU COULD FIGURE OUT WHY IT IS DELAWARE. THERE IS A PHYSICAL ADDRESS, THERE IS NO CELL NUMBER, IT IS AN 800 NUMBER, WHICH IS COMMON AMONG BUSINESSES! TELL THE TRUE ACCOUNT...OK... PROMOTING IS ONLY A HOBBY -- I'M A FED GUY AND HAVE FILED WITH THE FTC-- FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION -- WHO HANDLES THESE CONSUMER FRAUD COMPLAINTS IN CASE YOU DIDNT KNOW...  MY ATTORNEYS AND I WILL SEE YOU SOON... We have provided proof with documentation that Mr. Davis signed agreements with us, then defaulted on them all, including the artist agreement listed here. It is obvious that once this individual found a way to go directly to the artist, he intended on getting refunded for services that were already rendered. IDT has a registered Federal ID and pays taxes to the United States Government. We are registered with corporate services, and any and all documentation is available to the public. Mr. Davis also is unfamiliar that LLC's can have dba's as well as multiple business entities, all of which are also registered under United States Corporate Laws. Also of note, CM2 productions runs off of myspace! Are they a business, is this just a frustrated customer? We can have some of our satisfied customers post their opinions as well. Posting complaints on sites like these is juvenile, and we intend to deal with that issue, along with this individual's ridiculous claims.
