I recently left working for CnV Corvettes. A couple of the saleman were stand up guys (Mike and Phil), but Jack was without a doubt the biggest weasle that they had selling cars there!

When I bought my Corvette from CNV Corvettes YES I was trying to save money I thought that was what Jack Hailey was trying to do for me, his customer, or do you prefer mark JACK, when he told me he was a corvette EXPERT! He had owned Corvettes in the past and this one was the best he had seen for the money. Cut corners, JACK WHEN DID I EVER ASK YOU TO CUT CORNERS? Maybe in Tempe your marks ask you to cut corners when buying a $35,000.00 car, but it has always been my experience that cutting corners means cutting QUALITY, is that what you did for me JACK? Two or three rock chips? More like ten or twenty. The entire hood was covered with chips. Must be more of that quality cutting to airbrush the hood of a corvette to hide rock chips eh JACK. I fully understand I bought the car as-is and I am well aware that I got what I paid for I love my car and have been extremely pleased with it. What I am not happy with is the NON-SERVICE after the sale. JACK HAILEY treated me with disrespect and uncaring just as you would expect from a car dealer. I couldn't even get a $5.00 wash from the local gas station. Probably because you didn't get the extra administrative charge you tried to JACK from me AFTER the deal! Well good luck in the future JACK HAILEY, not to you but to all the people who have to try to interperut your JACKISM'S.

The 99' Corvette Convertible purchased by Albert from Cn'V Corvettes was sold AS-Is with no inpection by our service or any other parties. He wanted a discount from our retail price and the deal was made with Him knowing we would not touch the car or wash it. Albert understood at full asking price the 99' would have gone through our service for full inspection and anything found would of been noted and or repaired. This opportunity for Cn'V Corvettes or Albert did not happen. His call to me was about rock chips which I never noticed while it was here. It is not unusaul for Corvettes to have a rock chip or two on them. A simple air-brush to repair rock chips is done on many used cars. If this was a new Corvette with no miles on it I could see His concerns but not on a I want it cheap and cut corners to save a Buck, they'll never be happy. Thank you, Cn'V Corvette Sales Tempe, AZ
