Ponzi Scheme that cheated me out of 2% discount or $6,000.0 cash refund when I agreed to pay cash, Real Estate Contract Fraud that my lot will graded flat to the property lines on all sides Breach of Purchase Agreement whereupon I did not receive the promised $6,000 cash refund, Elder Abuse, Veteran Abuse because "old people" don't file lawsuits or complaints and are easy to cheat Handicapped Discrimination.
My new home does not meet HD requirements for wheelchair, Disparate Treatment to benefit others at my expense for backyard grading violations US Postal system and Internet to commit Real Estate Contract Fraud Redwood Estates is not a "Sleeping HOA" and will be when all residents are "forced to vote"!!!!!
The CC&R's are being enforced by Ence during initial construction. Note: Redwood Estates phase 1 is now and HOA!!!
