COLDWELL BANKER TOOK MY DOWN PAYMENT FOR A NEW CONSTRUCTION THAT HAD TO BE FINISHED LAST SEPTEMBER. THEY HAVE NOT STARTED I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS EVERETT Massachusetts
We put money down for 2 lofts in the Charleston lofts in Everett, MA in September 2005, They were supposed to be done within a year, September 2006. But as of today, December 19th they have not started, I have been trying to reach them to see what is happening for the last two months.
But the on-side office is closed and they only have an email and phone number on their web that I have been calling and leaving messages also I have send many emails. Nobody has bother to contact me regarding this. We are very frutrated and we are trying to find if there is more people in our situation.
