I had ordered the Colonaid700 on January 6, 2009. I received the product on January 12th. I was charged $88.97 to my account on January 21st. Since I didn't receive the product until January 12th, then I felt that my trial period should have started on that date not on the date that I ordered it. I called to cancel the membership and spoke with a Kevin Richovick. He instructed me to email the customer support department at
[email protected] to request my refund. I did that on January 23rd which I thought was still within the 15 day trial period.
The email I received back from Joey Santorielli was very rude and stated "we have thousands of customers who actually read these terms and conditions". He was of no help and definitely has no customer service skills. I spoke with my credit union and they have had over 30 disputes for this same company since the beginning of January and the month is not over yet! My credit union is very small so imagine how bombarded the bigger credit card companies must be. The clerk at my credit union also stated that the colonaid700 company is winning this battle because they are not issuing refunds to the consumers. The only way that there is even a chance of getting any money back is if you have a return order number to give to the dispute department. Otherwise, it is not likely that any money will be refunded. I am so angry about this!!!!
