Color by Pascal Advertised unlimited free lipstick - only have to pay for shipping and processing per item! Unknown Internet
Internet advertisement for unlimited free lipstick from Color by Pascal. I only had to pay for shipping and handling per item which totaled $23.96 for 4 items. I ordered on May 31, 2017, email indicated that it takes up to 10 days (by June 10th) for delivery and that I would be notified once shipped. I sent a followup email on June 20th, and was sent an email with shipping and delivery confirmation......delivery was never confirmed by USPS and I never received shipment. I would like my money refunded. Thank you.
