Columbia Telecommunications Group insufficient funds rebate checks Farmingdale New York
After calling the phone number when our rebates didn't arrive, they sent three checks. They bounced. We had to pay the bad checks and the fees for them.
When called again the company said there was a problem at their bank. We haven't seen replacement checks.
