I bought 3 electronic address books from a Winn Dixie store around the middle of December 2003 for $14.99 each. They had rebates from Columbia Comminications for the price purchased minus tax. I called the # 800-889-7434 around the middle of March because I never received the rebates. The lady said they'd be sent soon. They were sent, I cashed them & got them back from the bank yesterday as returned. I am out of the rebate PLUS redeposited fees from my bank!!!!!!!!!!!! I've called the 800 # above & can't get through!!!!!!!!!!!! Does anyone know how to get in touch with them other than the # ? When I logged onto the email they gave, this is where I ended up. If you're like me you need the money if not we wouldn't have to go to the trouble of sending them. Right?

Well, I stand corrected. I GOT PAID!! I almost fell to the ground laughing when I saw the envelope. And, sure enough, there were TWO rebate checks. I couldn't believe it! I'm going to CASH them quickly before this company goes bankrupt. I wish the other people "luck" with their rebates. The trick? I called first thing in the morning ... the phone rang, and rang, and rang ... finally, someone answered it. Took down my name. I told her that I had sent in 2 rebates and she told me that my check would be sent out "right away." I didn't believe her ... but here are my checks a good 3 weeks later. I agree that the products are not worthy of their description. I would NEVER buy from this company again. Regardless, I wanted to be fair and say that I did (finally!) get my rebate checks.
