Irregardless of what I call the internet service, it does not change the fact that I order internet service through the company, high speed cable internet, and the company failed to complete that order. How is it that an order is placed, installation is not completed, a work order is placed, installation not completed, and another work order is placed, and still installation is not completed? Better yet there is no record of the order being placed in the system? But, I did receive a bill, and guess what I am being charged for the service that I do not have. Have yet to receive a corrected statement showing the service that I do have.

if you are wondering why comcast hasn't hooked up your dsl service it is because they don't offer "DSL" or "direct subscriber line" they do however offer "comcast high speed internet" which works through cable lines instead of the phone line which dsl uses. it would be like complaining to comcast about your satellite television having problems
