About a year ago, I moved to Memphis from Delray beach, FL. I had a previous relationship with Comcast in Delray Beach. Curious about the status of the billing, I logged into my account online and checked the balance.

The balance would consistently say "Balance: 0.00". Comcast is now demanding $675 for six months of service.

At this point, I am wondering if they are owed this money or if a billing error on their part obligates me to pay the balance due.

Did you have service for 6 months ???  Then you OWE for 6 months !!!!  Pay your bill !!  Geeezzzzz.  Why is it that deadbeats think they can use some " loop hole " in order to get out of paying legitimate bills ?????
