To Whom it may concern at Comcast Corp,

I am not sure why your corporation iniated the 200-300 dollar program to switch over to your XFINITY HIGH SPEED BUNDLED PACKAGEs. I spoke to representative on the initial contact and was told that i needed to make sure that my payments were in good standing for 3 continuous service and I would be mailed out a 300 dollar gift card. Your company even had me do a 3rd party verification that this was not a SLAMMed account.

It has been over 6 months now and when I talk to the CS rep they cant find the promotion and to cap it off they have different information than what was promissed to me on the phone calls.

 

This fraudualent advertising and deceptive trade practices your company has done here in Texas should not be allowed. I dont know how many other individuals have been fraudulenty signed up under your promotions but I havent recieved my card as of yet.

I spent 1:39 mins waiting for someone in the Rebate center to tell me what happened to the Gift Card that was promised.

Spoke to Angela, works in the REBATE center, who said she was going to create a ticket for me but could not tell me the ticket number.

FRAUD ANYWAY YOU LOOK AT IT...

I am filing with the Attorney general here in Texas and will also create a ticket with the FTC.
