comcast xfinity Scaming and billing problems when I have proof of payments beaverton, Oregon
Your company has not acomplish YOUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE for me in any way. As it states on your commercials, your billing invoice that your company sends and most important your policy. I am very upset on how your company handles my billing. It is not my fault that your COMPANY DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO KEEP TRACK OF MONEY. I have been a Comcast Customer for a long time and I also have 2 accounts under my name.
Your company is billing me for almost $500 dollar balance which is not accepteable! When I have made my payments on
time at the Sandy Comcast Branch!(I have my receits for proof) How Can a company so big make mistakes so critical specialy MONEY. I feeling that your company is scaming me and other customers for the same mastakes! This is not the first time that your company has mess up my account on the same problem. I had the same problem the same time last year and since then I have been playing catch up with your company. I am on a set income and have 2 kids. It is very difficult for me. I don't s**t out money to pay you! How can your company not keep track of CASH PAYMENTS you keep track of everything alse! Are you telling me that some one is pocketing my money? I don't own a checking account thats why
I go directly to your Sandy Location and pay them directly. I also us the self payment machine that your company has in the lobby. I am very very upset and disatisfied on your companies method on keeping track of that. So basiclly am giving away my hard working money to a company that can't help me when I need it! I have called several time and complaind on this
situation and all of your comcast reps just give me the same run around for a whole year. (unexeptable) They all tell me tha same thing. I am finally tierd of this bull s**t of a whole year dealing with the same s**t don't you think? One call should of fixed everything like other companys don't you think? Put your self in my shoes how mad and outrage would you be?
It sims like COMCAST is just interested in money not the CUSTOMERS whats that about? I perrty sure that am not the only one that feels this way. And some one has to step up and let you know exactly whats going on.
I finally talked to a rep yesterday on 3/7/11 and she finally told me what is going on. (after a whole year). Basicly the machine that takes cash is not posting payments on customers accounts and eating the money. I only use that machine when their is a big line that leds all the way outside. I have my 2 kids which are 3 and 5 years old and they are for sure not going to wait an hour or two in line. This is unacceptable and is costing me a alot of money that I don't have.
Am not asking for a lot just a fresh start that I feel your COMCAST COMPANY owes me. For a whole year of trouble not to mention my time and all the stress that you have brought up on me and my family. For trying to stay up to date with your company. My kids had sufferd in the fact that the money I gave your company which no one know where it went for a whole year. I could of bought food for them,clothes,shoes, medicine. Am not asking for much? Just a Fresh start? Is that to much to ask? I feel COMCAST owes me at least that.
If I feel or see that your comapany has not made an effort for me on fixing my account and starting fresh. I will take this matter into my own hands and their will be a lawsuit against your company. And also I will have the ATTORNEY GENERAL involved as well as CONTACTING THE BETTER BUISSNESS BUREAU and the CONSUMERS REPORT COMPANY.
