I have been continually having support issuse with Comcast/Xfinity. You must follow a extremely dissatisfying methodlogy of customer service. Fist comes the computerized key/voice entry that is frustrainting in itself, next you may or may not reach a person in a India call center, a intergation of the situation begins at this point, once they confirm they of no use to you the next level begins as you are transferred to someone who is still unqualified to assist you, if they can not assist you the next level goes up and at this point you are informed that to recieve more assistance you must pay a fee if they feel that the problem is yours. This appears to be a scam endorsed by the corporate head quarters of Comcast to allow unsuspecting customers to be releaved of their funds by other corporations in different countries. What these companies gain access to is your address, your name, and part of your social security number. Customer beware, allert your states attorney general of possible shady corporate activities that put not only your money but your identiy at risk.
