Comcast advertises a certain intertent connection speed for a certain price (in my case, 50Mb/s download and 10Mb/s upload for about $75 a month.) However, they never deliver on that deal.

When you compain about consistently slow speeds or consisten services outages, they send a technician to you home.  When the technician arrives they spend a couple hourse hooking up to cable outlets around your house before telling you the problem is out of their hands.  Then they charge you $50, they don't tell you they'll charge you $50, they just put it on your next bill without authorization.

The most recent insult, a representative at xfinity told me that to get the speeds and connection that I'm already paying for, I need to pay an addition $6 a month to subscribe to their technician service and $50 for technician visits to constantly maintain my hardware.

I'm suppose to get guarenteed service for $75 a month, not "maybe" service for $131+ a month and hours of my time waiting on technicians who are doing nothing.
